What You Should Know Before Using Our 3 Day Notice to Pay or Quit

To be on the safe side, you should hand-deliver a pay rent or quit notice to tenants face to face... but in case you live too far away or the tenant happens to be a foul-tempered 7 foot troll, pasting the notice on the front door or posting it by registered first class mail is often acceptable - But double check with your local landlord tenant law first.
