Collect overdue rent and impose late rent fees today with our notice of overdue rent. Learn how to collect overdue rent quick and painless with our late rent notice below.
Delivering a late rent notice sounds a no-brainer but it's a bit more tricky than that - Some landlords don't feel comfortable giving their tenants an overdue rent notice in person... but if you don't do it face to face, then tenants can claim that they didn't receive the notice and stir up even more trouble.
For something that's both cheap and secure, we suggest that you mail the overdue rent letter by express post with tracking. If you live in the United States, we are referring to First Class Mail with delivery confirmation add-on. Express Mail works even better (overnight delivery plus signed receipt by tenant is awesome) but it goes for more than $10 a pop.
