What You Should Know Before Using Our Amendment to Lease

Let's say your amendment demands 2 month's rent as security deposit but the law restricts the maximum security deposit amount to 1 month's rent... then what happens? Simple - the law always has the final say so your amendment simply degenerates into a piece of waste paper.
2. The next one is common sense - Whenever you change or add any lease terms, it has to be done in writing and signed by both parties. In short, mutual consent between the landlord and tenant is required for all amendments.
